Description
Venetian Bead handmade by our Murano beadmakers using the famous Moretti glass made on the island of Murano. These large approximately 30mm across and about 15mm puffy hearts are made in the Cluseau style by first melting transparent glass over the mandrel to create the bead. Then it is wrapped in 24kt gold foil and finally rolled across crushed glass known as frit to give the random appearance of small gems. Sometimes they are referred to as gem studded. Item G11-7911 interior is a transparent deep blue giving it even more vibrance. Item G79 has a clear glass interior.
