| Classic Venetian Bead with wedding cake designs of swags of color and painted flowers. Exterior Gold Foil, subject to wear and tear of exposure to chemicals, body lotions, etc. Fiorato design is handpainted in molten glass. Size is approximately 25mm in length by 20 though size varies since they are handmade. Murano glass in a design from the 1800s. Great as a focal bead. The exterior gold was quite popular in the 1700s and 1800s to show the opulence and wealth of the Venetians. |
