| Another of Nicola's wonderful creations. This Venetian heart focal bead is available in half white and half black glass with a string of black and white millefiori running across the split. The black half is also richly decorated with gold foil for that added touch. The slight twist in each heart is made while still molten is then given a slight turn to create a wavy appearance. Approximately 45mm wide, 40mm tall and 5mm thick. Handmade in Murano Italy. We waited for 8 months for the mosaics to make the red/black heart. Patiently we would go to the furnace to see if there were mosaics. What a happy day when they had finally produced them. We knew they would be stunning and they are! |
