Where do you currently purchase Venetian Beads?

California Residents We are required to charge sales tax on all shipments within the state. Valid resale license holders can submit documentation as shown here however, California requires a signed CA Resale Certificate be on file with us before your items are shipped. This is in accordance with State Regulation 1688, Resale Certificate. You can download the CA California Resale Certificate and submit by FAX to 408 245 5904 or mail to 1010 Stewart Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94085. Be sure to date it the date of your 1st order. Failure to submit will result in delays of shipping and/or sales tax charges, if taxes are charged they cannot be refunded. FOREIGN SALES Customs Duties and Shipments Outside the US We are required by law to declare the contents of all packages and the value and there are no exceptions for this law. We will assign the tariff numbers to the beads and identify them as "Glass Beads, Unstrung" Country of Origin: Italy. As it is impossible for us to know the tariff conditions in all countries, please indicate on your order any specific code or term which is best suited for your country. Otherwise we will use the International Harmonized Tariff Code, Section B 7018100000. All our beads are shipped ex-factory which means that you, the buyer, are responsible for all tariffs and local taxes. The VenetianBeadShop.com is not responsible for any tariffs, taxes or value added taxes imposed by your country. If you hold a valid VAT license in the European Community (or the equivalent in any country), we will add your license number to the shipper. It is your responsibility to submit your VAT license number to us at the time of purchase. Wholesale Returns Wholesale customers WILL incur a 15% restocking charge on all returns (except for damaged items - see Bead Sizes and Variations, which must be reported immediately upon receipt). Returns must be received with fifteen (15) days - NO EXCEPTIONS. They must be packaged in the original packaging and in original condition (used items will be returned to you at your expense). Wholesale customers receive a substantial cost benefit. This cost benefit carrys with it the expectation that a wholesale customer is in the business of selling jewelry and is a professional, knowledgeable of the products and business terms and conditions. Absolutely NO returns on findings, chain (we cut to your length) and Swarovski Crystals are allowed.
