Black and Ivory Double Layer Aventurina Blown Focal Opaque 40mm, Murano Glass Bead

The mouth blown Murano Glass Beads are simply stunning with avventurina for sparkle and opaque colors of glass. The size is approximately 40mm diameter (not quite 2 inches) and about 1 inch thick. These require double layers of Murano Glass canes to produce the effect. The second layer of glass uses Aventurina which is copper flakes suspended in the glass. This gives them the sparkle and diffused look. First they are blown round and then twisted to give the half and half and then slightly squashed. Use on a choker with just a simple bead on each side. Matching 25mm earring size to match these Venetian Blown beads are also available. The color of this one is a base of Ivory and Black with an overlayer of the of aventurine. The exact coverage of Black, Ivory and aventurine varies with each bead, with no two ever exactly alike.
