Blown Steel and Silver Foil Large Curve Boro Glass, Bottom Hole

This is a very popular style of bead used in necklaces in Venice and San Marco. It requires 2 of the large boro curves, one which is shorter like this one and which has a hole in the bottom of the end of the teardrop and the longer piece (See our Black Large Curve) which has a hole in the top of the end of the teardrop. In the middle, the Venetians usually put a large blown bead. Two of our beadmakers work together to produce these very unique items. The color is .925 Sterling Silver Foil over a steel Gray glass.
