Ca' Rezzonico
Over the top! We named this design Ca' Rezzonico after the beautiful palazzo on the Grand Canal in Venice. It's design is in the Venetian Baroque, a lot like this necklace. Baroque architecture was meant to impress everyone by the grandeur and opulence. This necklace does just that.
It was designed by Amy Margaret Kapphan who is a popular designer in the Seattle area. She also enjoys working with our Venetian Beads.
We use our Italian Chain on this, because we like the soldered links. You could use any chain or links you may already have, taking advantage of those little left over pieces.
Since it's a fairly ornate design, you could make the inside strand with trigger clasps and wear it with only one strand for daytime, adding the second "over-the-top" strand for special occasions.
It's definitely asymmetrical, if this is not your thing, change the assortment of beads to a single color of either our Gold Foil Venetian Beads or our Silver Foil Venetian Beads.
