Gray with Black Lines Bicolor Blown Cipollina Murano Glass Bead

A Blown Venetian glass bead in a cipollina which means little onion in Italian, like a small squashed round with a bi-color, swirl pattern. This bead is blown by mouth in the furnaces of Murano using the timeless traditions of Murano. Size is approximately 15mm through the hole and about 20mm around, though it varies due to the handwork. No two are ever exactly alike. The color is transparent Gray with eight fine lines of black following the swirl of the Gray. These make fantastic earrings, they are lightweight and the glass sparkles in the light.
