Exquisite 8 oz drinking glasses with a tapered octagonal (eight) vertical sides made using a narrow spiraling technique of two colors of glass canes (rods) which dates back to the 16th century. This "filgrana" technique yields an intricate spiral pattern of two colored glass creating a delicate intricate design. The filgrana canes (transparent verde (green) and opaque white) used in this drinking glass are drawn from the furnace's of each own furnace "pots" and as such will contain the slight design variations of truly handmade glass objects.
