This amazingly beautiful and artistic bead takes 3 people to produce. It uses the technique of smalto (like an enamel but with glass) to carefully paint the design. Our bead maker makes the beads and the smalto artist applies the design. The bead is then handed off to a 3rd person who fires/anneals the beads.

This one is a features a bizantine effect of mosaics, a stripe of aventurina along with gold swirls of smalto over a black base of Murano Glass

The size is approximately 35mm, perfect for a focal bead.
