Venetian Bead Making dates back for centuries, and today much like the beginning, the beads continue to be produced one by one working in the fire.  These videos were filmed by us with some of our producers of Murano Glass Beads.

It's a hot occupation - literally. It's no wonder they take off the month of August as they sit in front of a torch. Imagine a room with 6-10 torches. Their is always a radio blaring, and the roar from the torches is constant.  But our Venetian Glass Beads are produced one by one even today.
