Peridot Pezzato Murano Glass Disc 21m Gold & Silver Foil

Love these beads with their pieces (pezzato in italian) of gold and silver under transparent colors of Moretti glass. The base is black underneath the gold and silver foils. Size is approximately 21mm disc (lentil) and approximately 8mm thick in the center with a 1mm diameter hole which runs through the center of the bead. They appear as bicolor due to the use of gold and silver pieces. The use of gold or silver changes the color as gold produces a warmer darker effect while the silver produces a shiny effect and lighting of the color. The color on this one is Verde Erba (Peridot, Greeen) Murano Glass with the two tones coming from the use of the gold and silver.
