Our exclusive Venetian Glass Beads in dichroic. These beads incorporate the best of Murano Glass and high technology dichroic. The size is approximately 16mm in length by 12mm across and 7mm thick with a 1mm hole through the center. This shape is great for your Venetian Glass Bracelets, Earrings. The color is clear Murano Glass with amethyst, purple Murano and an overlay of the dichroic glass. Note: Dichroic glass is glass containing multiple micro-layers of metals or oxides which give the glass optical properties which displays an array of different colors depending on the angle of view. It is high tech thin-film optics in an artist environment. Each bead will display different colors. The Murano Glass is first shipped to the US for the vacuum application of dichroic and then returned to Italy to be use in our beadmaking.
