White/Gold Filigrana Stripes Pillow Black Base 20mm

Our Venetian Beads made with filigrana, which is a rod of glass which has an opaque color in the center and crystal outside. Approximately 20MM Pillow Shape puffy in the middle with pinched corners and a 1mm hole through the center. Often used also in blown pieces and in decoration of beads and glass. These begin with a base of black over which is applied 24kt gold foil then with the filigrana canes, they make the spiral. Approximately 12mm in diameter. They differ from our Tigrato beads in that the Tigrato are made with just one color canes. The filigrana allows us to make a more definite size of spiral. The color is white filigrana.
