We get this question a lot, so we just posted a new page so you can check your wire gauge against the hole sizes of Venetian Beads.
Our beads have a nominal 1mm hole size, which is based on our using a 1mm diameter copper mandrel for production. Sometimes of course we use larger mandrels when the beads are large and we need to keep them in the heat longer.
What does that mean? (Give me the short answer)
20, 22, 24, and any gauge with a higher number like will fit in the beads.
Anything below 19 Gauge will not.
