As many of you know, we had problems shipping packages under 150 Euro and 150 Pound Sterling.
Thanks to one of our very creative customers, we have a new easy work around through Etsy.
Etsy collects and reports the VAT (the requirement to ship to your country). Additionally, Etsy provides reasonable shipping prices and the shipping label to us.
It is impossible for us to list all our some 16,000 products on etsy.com but this solution alleviates that problem.
So follow the following steps below and we will be happy to send any value order directly to you in all EU countries and in the UK.
Here are the steps:
1. Log into your account on VenetianBeadShop
2. Add the items you want to order to your cart.
3. Go to "Checkout" as this is where you can add any coupon code in effect on the website.
4. Do not complete the order, rather either click on the save basket button (or alternatively just leave the basket as we can see it on our side).
5. Email us the total of the order (with the coupon applied). We will deduct the shipping as etsy will apply this. This assures that you get your price and if you are wholesale by logging in you get your wholesale price and the coupon applied.
6. Here is where it is creative. We will list this total (minus shipping) with a generic name on Etsy.com and email you the link. You complete the payment on Etsy choosing the shipping you prefer.
7. They prepare the VAT payment, and provide us with the shipping label.
8. We will send you a tracking number which can be tracked through etsy.
